Terms of Service

1. The service
SellFlow provides software for Nigerian merchants to manage storefronts, WhatsApp sales, orders, Korapay payments (NGN), ads tools, and related analytics. Features may change during beta.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration details and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and team members you invite.
3. Payments & commission
Customer payments are processed via Korapay. SellFlow may deduct a platform commission (basis points configured per merchant) recorded in your ledger. Korapay fees are separate. Refunds follow Korapay and your store policies.
4. Merchant responsibilities
You must sell lawful products, honour orders you accept, handle delivery and customer support, and comply with Nigerian law, tax, and Meta/WhatsApp/ads policies when using those channels.
5. AI & messaging
Optional AI sales features may generate replies that are imperfect. You remain responsible for customer communications and outcomes.
